What are subscriptions?
Subscriptions are all about responsibly monetizing your jobs platform.
To maximize your reach and help your potential partners find the right option for their needs, we recommend 2-3 plans at different price points. Stripe’s Good-Better-Best framework is a helpful guide. A newsletter-based community might consider offering three plans:
Free plan: Once per month you’ll review a company’s open roles and may add a role to your community jobs board if it’s interesting to your community. Target audience: Companies who haven’t worked with you before and want to try the job board. Price: Free.
Better plan: Promote one role on your community page per month. Includes one mention in an issue of your newsletter. Target audience: Smaller companies with limited hiring needs. Price: $49-$99/month.
Best plan: Promote 2-3 roles on your community page per month. Includes one mention in 2-3 issues of your newsletter. Target audience: Larger companies with consistent hiring needs. Price: $199-$249/month.
How do I create subscription plans?
From your Workspace, navigate to the Subscriptions Tab.
Create a plan and set a price.
Share your Community Page with companies interested in placing their jobs on your jobs board.
Companies subscribe to your plan directly from your jobs board.
The company tells you the role(s) it wants placed on your Community Page. You select the role(s) from the company’s page and add them to your Community Page.
When the company fills a role, it’s automatically removed from your job board.
How do I find new partners?
You can search potential partners the Partners Tab of your Workspace. Looking for inspiration? Check out our Work at a Startup page to see who is hiring.
How do I find jobs to add to my community page?
On the Partners Tab of your Workspace you'll find your existing employer partners. Select a partner to see what roles they’re hiring for and with one click add them to your Community Page.
